no msg. has called four times,, even after blocking their 'number'. First three calls were hangups after answering. Last call went to vm and was 16 seconds of call center background noise.
This number will not work for returning calls due to the fourth digit. The area code is spoofed so the call will appear as local for those within the area code. Anything with a 0 or 1 appearing in the first or fourth digit is best to completely avoid if you're in N. America, most all of them are guaranteed to offer nothing good. The caller is likely overseas, but using a local number to trick you into answering.
