????? from ????? cold calling regarding maintenance services.  Asked for "whoever is in charge of your building maintenance".  Sent to generic VM and they sat on phone for 20 sec., saying nothing before hanging up.

Very poor connection with a woman from the Philippines who barely speaks English.
It sounded like the name of the company was "All Gear," but I couldn't understand much of what she was saying.  She asked if I was the person responsible for our company's maintenance supplies.  I told her we do it in house and then hung up.  I wasn't interested in playing games with yet another boiler room scam bimbo.

Called asking for the manager of our cleaning department, I said no thank you we aren't interested and hung up.

They called back immediately but I was on a call so ignored and when they called a third time I answered and they hung up.
