Igot a call saying im going to be arrested fraud contact officer mike johnson or this indian man will send someone to my home and have me picked up if i dont call him or i can talk to my sherriff
After reading all these posts....I think I figured out something. I just went on line job searching. I filled out a few applications. I think these are scammers that are linked to people looking for jobs. I also got a text telling me to call but it's a different number. Seems like a scam too. D-amn those scammers! Leave us alone!
This number called at 4:40Pm 4/15/2015 Called me then hung up 949 202 0455. I called back, someone answered right away and asked for me...I said, "What is this company name"? his response was JOB TOMIC, and started verifying my information as I have been applying for JOBS online constantly lately.. I asked do you have a JOB available for me he said NO. He started asking me questions about college, I said I'm done with college I don't need any of that. I said wait ...are you calling from California, he said NO. I asked him "Where are you calling from"? his response was the Philippines. SCUM SCAMMERS BUGGER OFF! Block the number. End.
Received call from this number within 30 mins of giving contact info for local Costco jobs. Questionnaire asks if you are open to more education. Then asks if you would like info on ITT Tech Institute. I put no and then exited. Shoulda known better. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers.
