Who called from 9492021089

This number comes to me as "VOIP Caller".  I never answer this caller so I can't giver further comment.

I just got a hang-up call from “VOIP CALLER”.  I added their number to my call blocker's blacklist.

The call came from a telemarketing scammer via the “01 Communications, Inc.” (AKA TelePacific) service.  01 Communications caters to illegal telemarketers and is based at 200 Paul St, San Francisco, CA.  TelePacific is headquartered in Los Angeles.  Websites: http://www.o1.com and http://www.telepacific.com 

These two companies are partners in crime with each other and VOIP CALLER.
