Received a call from 949-202-1312. CALLER ID: CBTEL. I did not recognize the number so I let it go my answering machine. They did leave a recorded message about lowering our mortgage payment. Said to push 1 to be connected to a representative  or push 2 to be removed from the list. I did not do either of these. I am a victim of ID Theft  and I 'm not going to give into these scammers any more.
