Who called from 9492041667

Called earlier today - no message left

Called at 8:20am PT. No message.

As soon as I answered, guy on the other end laughed and hung up.  Some people have nothing better to do than waste other people's time...

Call received from this number at 7:20 AM. No answer from the other end, just background noises of people talking and some rattling noise. I called the number back and a recording says I have reached a number that has been disconnected.

It's the IRS/Treasury department scam.
