call says its Joan Ferrin, but it's a call center that wants to clean your furnace, tried a polite, no thank you, but would not accept it, told him I could not afford it, he said,  "well what if we clean your furnace for you", and that's where I hung up. He's a bit pushy, and the name is just a cover. Don't bother to answer if it uses a strangers name.
