Guy just called and was SOOOOO overly friendly, like we were old friends. He then asked to "Reconnect" with our shipping manager "What was HIS name again?" When I asked him who he spoke with before he just hung up. Appears he does not know that to "Reconnect" you need to make a connection first. At this office if you don't know the name of the person you need to speak to you don't get put through. We don't supply you with names so you can harrass them later.
"Jerred" just called and asked to speak to someone. I let him know that person had someone in his office. I asked "can I take a message" and he said "I don't want a massage ma'am, I appreciate the offer, but no". Jerk, I didn't offer a massage. I ended up hanging up on him after a few smart [***] lines. How do these people sell anything?
