This. Number called me three times within 15 minutes. How do I get the m to stop

I've gotten a call from this number last night and today, not sure who this is, no message left.

I have received 2 calls on my mobile phone this week from this number and they call my home land line also.

I do not know who it is but I want it to stop

Called cell twice today. Picked up 2nd one to find out who it is so I can block. As I suspected, telemarketer selling solar whatever. On 2 different calls today I have asked the caller to give me their phone name. Both times I just got the 1st name and then they said goodbye and hung up. Picked up a list of 10 Questions to Asks a Telemarketer from the Internet when they call. So far I never get past no. 2 when they hang up on me. Love it.
