Cold call from some investment hump trying to sell an investment in land and real estate.   Not licensed in my state, this offer seems to be operating under the "blue sky" rules, so be aware as a consumer you are NOT protected by anyone except your own due diligence in this type of deal.   You are putting money up that more often than not will result in the loss of ALL of your funds.

They made huge promises of great returns on your investment - but nothing to back it up with.

Anyone trying to sell you something by an illegal  call (calling me when I am CLEARLY on the DNC List) is probably NOT someone you should entrust anything related to money with.
