I started to receive calls from this number on September 9. They call at least once a day. The first four calls went to voicemail, but no message was left. The recent calls, I answered and there was no one there. I called the number back from a different phone system and the number answered and there was some clicking and a bit of hissing on the line. Caller ID shows up as CAPSTRNO VLY CA.
