Who called from 9492451057

Received a call from a company called eCapital United. I've had this number for 2 years and keep getting calls for the same person. I asked them when did they purchase the debt. They said, they didn't purchase it and they are a mediation company. I call BS. I can see why this guy got rid of this number.  I saw more info on them here:
