I was doing research about Lenderline and I bumped into this page. My co-worker just got an approval for a Stated Income Loan at Lenderline and I couldn't believe that this program is back. I will definitely be able to sell more houses with these programs.
It's a company called Lender Line that is calling Realtors to offer No-Doc loans.
They got my number from the board of realtors in the area and are trying to market themselves
When you call,,, hit zero for the operartor... it will say line is busy and hit zero again for operator...
you will get a live person so you can have your number removed.

Do not use this company, they held out my escrow for 90 days... they professionally knew some problems existed... I beg them to let me know if there was any other repairs needed before they keep running my credit, requesting more reappraisals, more re - inspection, all at my expense. I paid more in inspections then the down payment would have been... The lender mike kept finding more problems till the deal fell thru and the seller gave up and walked away... (plus their not lenders, they broker the deal to real lenders and they wait for the real lenders to except the deal and then the real lenders under - writter to a prove it. I LOST ALL MY SAVINGS WITH LENDERLINE AND STILL DIDN'T GET INTO A HOME... THEY REFUSE TO FUND AFTER ALL THE WORK THE SELLER DID FOR ME, LENDERLINE KEPT LOOK ING FOR MORE ISSUES...GOD IS MY WITNESS... FINANCIALLY IT WAS THE WORD BUSINESS MOVE OF MY LIFE AND IM 42 YES OLD.
