caller id says Power Plus

Repeated calls about 5 min apart.  Hangs up after 2 or 3 rings.  No vm.

This is a scam call that has been going around. Microsoft does not call you to check on your computer. Do not give them access to your computer, Just say your computer is fine, fine fine and watch them or rather hear them hang up. LOL

Scam to get access to the computer. I tried to keep them busy, but since there is no Windows key on my computer, the lady did not have a script to follow any longer. More than blocking this phone, this should be denounced.
