Hangup about 3:00p on 25 Aug 2016. Another site has this as an unsafe caller.  Blocked on Ooma.

Rec'd call at 6:00PM on 8/31/16.  CID Laguna Beach,  Usual 3 rings then hung up.  Now blocked.

Some single digit IQ loser programs a robocall for Sunday morning.
Probably trying to make money to put his 11 year old through 4th grade for the second time.

Caller ID: Laguna Beach CA. Call back with *67 to this number gives phone company messages that this number is not in service. Conclusion is that number must be spoofed and they are calling to verify your phone number for other solicitation. Suggest that you don't answer and block right away.
