I received a call from this number and I did not pick up. They left a message asking me to call back at 1800-277-4542 regarding my Verizon account. I then received a text message saying I should call 1800-267-4016 regarding my account. I called Verizon at 1800-922-0204 and asked them if the numbers were legit. Verizon said that those numbers to do not belong to Verizon and do not know who is sending the messages. They said that there was no reason why they would need to call me regarding my account since it was fine and to disregard the calls.
My son has left the country and has tried unsuccessfully to cancel his account with them. Unfortunately he gave our home number as a contact number.
I was getting constant harrassment from this number ... fortunately my VoIP provider went belly-up and I've since changed numbers. Hope they enjoy the number disconnected message. LOL!
Well I just got 2 calls today at about 8am this morning didn't answer either of them and they didn't leave a message. But these calls were back to back and then the same number called my house and then left a message.....and ya they aren't getting a call back.
Have received a couple of calls before, received one today. They have never left a message. I do use verizon, however, I am not the primary account holder and am not the one that pays the bill.
I have a VZW account, and my payment's a few days late, so it'd make sense for them to call, I guess... except that they're calling my little *daughter*'s phone. Not sure why they want to harrass the secondary number, but they're going to be getting an unpleasant call from me this evening.
