this company contacted my father reporting that he qualified for Obama's program to eliminate loans, i.e. the plus school loan from Sallie Mae by paying a fee of $646 to file the paperwork to dismiss the loan. I advised my father that the statues for dismissing a loan do not include any language re: income such as SSI or SSDI and you do not pay a fee to file a dismissal for the loan. Has anyone else received a phone call from this number reporting this information?
