Who called from 9493024008

Called my cell FOUR times, left no msg.

They call me 2x a day; no message.  Tried to block through Verizon and it came back that they cannot block that number.  Go figure

Called landline. no voicemail too

Scammer of some sort. Calling this number doesn't even ring, just goes directly to a recorded message saying "the mailbox for [garble kim(?)] is full and cannot accept new messages. Goodbye!" then disconnects.
