called the referenced number and was prompted to leave a message for 818 275-9671.  Looked up 818 # and found out it is listed as a telemarketer

Called on a Sunday morning before 9 AM and let it go to Vm but left no message. I was on my way to church.

Called 2/28 at 3:00 PM.  CID showed San Juan Cap(istrano), no message when machine picked up.  One for for the blocked list.

The company says they do not have to take you off of the list as they are not a telemarketer. They wanted to sell solar power. They are incredibly rude.
