Caller ID: Vitelity LLC. No message / hang up. *67 call back doesn't connect to anything. Could be they've blocked callers who block their ID. Oh. How rude. :) Google search on Vitelity yields extensive complaints, as well as "Vitelity is a leader in wholesale VoIP, vFax, and SMS services." Not sure why they would use a number that can't be called back, but I have some ideas. Also calls with 949-334-3189.
