This is a debt collection agency trying to collect debt over 11 years old. This is illegal, as no one can go after debt more than 7 years old. I told them I did not wish to do business with them over the phone and told them I needed everything in writing to send to my lawyer. I informed them they needed to include their lawyers contact information as well. Do not stay on the phone with them. You control the call, not them. Also, do not consent for them to record the call. You have to give them consent to record the call.
