Guy with a heavy Indian accent told me that I'm prequalified for a mortgage refinancing program. I asked him how did he get my info. He told me the company did a survey in the area to find specific target. He then immediately changed subject and asked about my income, my employer and my mortgage company. I stopped there and told him that I'm on the do not call list and he immediately hung up.
