I didn't answer a call from this number and its painfully general caller ID: LAGUNA BEACH CA. No message left. Blocked.

Just got a call from this number.  Same as above, didn't answer and no message left --> blocked.

I just got a message from this number. It said, "hi my name is Tyler, I just have a couple of questions for you, please call me back at ....". I don't know a Tyler. Also note, that I have been getting repeat phone calls from various SoCal numbers all morning... I think it's spam.
