This number calls, 2 parties, and says they found your number thru public records for which they are looking for someone you know & yet will never say why. They refuse tell you the name of their company & the purpose of the call. The person who 1st answered the phone, speaks terrible English and states he does not know why you are calling you then transfers you to another guy who claims to be an assistant and also refuses to answer your questions. However, is very good at telling you that you are paranoid, have nothing to worry about, are stupid, and should not have a phone. Oh, then tell you to tell them if you know such and such person & if said person lives in this house and that when they "capture" this person, by you giving them that information they will give you part of the reward. And, by you refusing, they will not call you again & will remove your name & number. So, what type of legitimate business does not provide their name, address, true phone number, and purpose of call. They say they are in Manhattan, NY yet when you look up number it's from California. So, the number is obviously phoney and is possibly a Pay-As-You-Go number that is probably untraceable. Report them.
