If call this number back, you will get the voicemail message: "Hello thank you for calling America for Energy back. If you're interested in solar, press 1; to be placed on the 'do not call list', press 2." If you press 1, you will hear: "The person at extension 3333 is not available, please leave your message at the tone". Who knows if you press 2 whether you will actually be taken off the call list. The following 949 area code numbers will also give the identical messages: 220-2411, 385-2936, 392-5837, 392-6853, 392-8547 and 396-1127. Also 858-276-0347. These are the ones I've gotten so far. I'm sure there are more. I do not take any telemarketer calls, I just cut them off. If you get a call out of nowhere from someone selling solar power, you can bet it's a bad deal at best, if not an outright scam.
