They keep calling for the last people who had my number and then hang up before I can ask them to stop calling. AAAAH! Then when I call back I get a busy signal so I don't know who it is.

We also receiving calls from this number.  Their phone is disconnected.

Thinking it was someone I knew (area code was local to me), I picked up but caller hung up as soon as I did!

I got a call from them. They said they are with Clearview Energy and wanted to do an energy / natural gas conservation test on my home. They had my address (my rental). Right when I started to say no and don't call this number the guy hung up on me.
