Got a call from this number today 11/12/2014 claiming I had a account with some credit card company, I think he said Household and that I had a Mastercard and a Visa with them which I never had a Master card an said, I owed over $2000 to them in money plus court cost and attorney fees. I told the man, oh no I never have had a Master Card and he hang up on me and never called back. I have not had any credit cards in over 7 years.
I got a call on my cell phone looking for my son from PDI Legal Solutions, a Mr. Fletcher saying that he had a complaint filed against him and to call back 949-441-1035 with a case no. I called to learn more about this call because my son is disabled and would not know how he got a complaint since he is incapacitated. The person who answered the phone said this was his direct line. I said that I had received a call on my cell asking to call this number and if was PDI legal solutions he said that it is their collection branch. I asked if this was a legal firm he said yes. I advised him that I had done some research and could not find the PDI firm what was the legal firm, he said Greenberg and Associates. I decided to end the call, he wanted my name and number and case number, I advised him that I woiuld have to do more research…got stuck..this must b a SCAM
