Caller called left no message.

no one there, block the number this is a call to confirm working number and add to database.

The caller contacted us to complain of a shipping rate increase.  When I questioned exactly what he was talking about, he rudely hung up on me.  Upon calling back, the line connected but no one would speak, yet I could hear noise in the background.  I have reported them!
