Continue calling on a daily basis and asking for someone who has not lived at this # for over 3 years. Advised # was listed on the Federal "do not call" list only to be told by caller that that the list is irrelevant and meaningless and that they will continue calling despite being told not to. Also said it doesn't matter that the person they ask for does not live there.

Its possible that this operation is a charity and is not required to follow the DNCR. Unfortunately there are people that create bogus charities in order to get around the law.
