I got a robo call / Hang up from one number (385-229-3204), which I answered - dead air and no answer on call back. 15 minutes late I got a call from this "Merchant Services" solicitor. They are obviously using a robo phisher to identify when a live person answers a number. What a SCAM!! I would never do business with a company that uses these tactics!
Person answered and asked to speak to the person who takes care of the "finances" - I let him know that he would need to speak with the doctor - exp that he has patients all day. He then said it was regarding a "financial matter" - told him the doctor was not available.
This number called our office a few times in one day. The first time was a woman who asked if her director could have a meeting with us to go over the past few months' Visa receipts so that we could get a reimbursement. I said that we were busy and the second time she called I asked her to stop calling and to take us off their call list. Later that day, another woman from the same number asked to speak with the manager, but I told her that we were not interested and did not want them to call us again. She was very rude and said that she could not guarantee that they won't keep calling us quickly hung up on me before I could say anything else. Do NOT answer a call from this number!
