Who called from 9494853002

Received a few calls from them, I finally pick up one to see what it was regarding. Asked for me, I responded, then they hung up.

Got a call from this number. I picked up and said hello. I heard some noises in the background but no answer. After a few seconds I hung up.

Caller left no message.

No message, called back.  VM said it's a 3rd party company for cox communications

Unfreaking believable!.  I have been getting unwanted calls from this number for the last 6 months+.  Sometimes 6+ calls a day, other times 3, and sometimes 5 days in a row.  They never leave a message and I never answer.
