Got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS and that I owe 6 thousand dollars.
1st of all the IRS apperantly doesnt know how to spell my last name.
2nd of all I am 19 and havent had taxes since 2008-2013 which is when they claimed I had missing taxes.
3rd of all my number has someone elses name attached to it from old sprint records and the dumbass said he know I was someone else, so the only way he would get my number is from old sprint records. Scam, pls dont fall for this [***].
A voice message was left at 5:00 AM this morning. I did not check my messages until 4:00 PM that day. The message indicated she was from the IRS and they were preparing to file a suit against me. I was instructed to call 949-491-5903. Wanting to find out more about the call, I called several times and kept getting a busy signal. Has to be a scam!
I received a call from this number and voicemail messages too. This has to be a scam. Since when does the IRS work on the weekend and sound like they are from India. Plus they had my old name and when I pushed for more info on why I received this call they hung up on me.
