Got a call asking to collect debt? Is th

I received a call today Friday November 15 2013 from this number. They claimed I have a judgment against my from CTS
and the claim number was 30764-19TX . They used the name David Degray as though I was David. Not sure what this is about but beware of calls from this number.

My step dad got a call from this number looking for me saying that I owe and the complaint # and to call back before legal action. Its a law office not sure what they want but think its a debt collect .
