Tohid M Alami is in custody in the Santa Ana jail without bail. His court appearance will be Aug 10. He was arrested April 20, 2016. I want to know if the man that I know as Emar Al Maktoum is the same person. Do you know?
Betrayed....that is the same person! He was Emar Al Maktoum to me. If you haven't, please contact Tustin PD and talk to Detective Zacharia to fill charges.
