Unfortunately, David caught me off-guard and I sent my info! An "Underwriter" is supposed to call me this afternoon, but now that I read all the posts, I'm not going to answer. Sorry I didn't read this post earlier :-(
They use several different numbers. I faxed them my personal information and I regret that. I closed my bank account before they pull a scam on me. Thank God. Research anyone asking about personal information.
a person named Jordan called and stated that he was from Chase bank and was calling to assist with my loan modification and needed more documents faxed. I faxed them and he never returned my phone call or confirmed receiving items faxed.
They called me wanting me to send $595 so their underwriter could do a mortgage loan modification on our home. I sent them too much information now that I don't feel I should have done. A person by the name of Dannisha Fletcher is the one that called me. She was suppose to set up a call between me and her underwriter, but on the day of that call, she stated that he was busy, and she could handle the call.
I received a call from this number 949-613-5879 and was told it is a Organization called United Community Partnership, but when i tried to find them on the internet it's not there??? I spoke to a guy named David and he gave me a fax # 949-336-2205 to send my documents (which thank god I didn't) and a call back number 1800-515-7302 X1530.
