Scammer! The Department of Treasury and IRS does not make initial contact by phone. And, they speak English!!!

Just got a call from that number stating they were from the Treasury and that they were starting legal action against me. I'm a criminal defense attorney so I said "good luck with that" and hung up.
I just received a call from a lady with a foreign accent who said she was from the US Treasury Dept. following up on the certified letter I should have received last month. Now she said I need to contact Jack Conway. Also who is my lawyer and then said see you in court.
She had all of my info...first and last name and full address.
Just got called by them, at first female with a thick accent said she is Christina Brown. Not sure where they found their info but knew about IRS filling and when my husband questioned them the guy threatened with 5 million dollars fine and jail time. Where do these guys find private information like that???
