Wanted us to turn on our computer and he would tell us how to fix it.. told him we would call back as we were not home .. the number he gave to call back was 949-769-2333 ...
I received a 1800-642-7676 call from a guy with a heavy indian accent letting me know that he was calling from Microsoft technical department and that my email was coming up on their end as being hacked? I told him I would call him back and he gave me a name, employee ID and this number 949-769-2333 and asked that I call back ASAP so he can walk me through on my computer on how to fix it and protect myself...Really???
