Who called from 9497862871

Caller claimed that we were approved for a loan application she claimed we submitted recently.  When pressed for details, she hung up.

spoke rapidly for a few seconds in an unidentifiable foreign language then hung hp,

Caller stated that I had been approved for a loan, He spoke with an accent that could have bean Eastern. He was hard to understand, so I told him that I was not interested, then hung up the phone.

Hit ignore on this call early this morning.  It was 7am Eastern, so there is no way this is a reputable business in California calling at 4am their time.
Has to be a scam.

2 calls today - one missed call 8:46am, no message.  They tried again 11:53am, I answered but didn't speak, and it made a lost call beeping sound and hung up.
