I have received SEVERAL calls from this company. I first spoke to Tom Cramer who, as everyone else has stated, is EXTREMELY rude. The statue of limitations, according to Federal law, has been up on my debt from like 6 or 7 years ago, this past May. They called me again today, spoke to Heather. She told me that I was going to be served paperwork to appear in court. When I tried to get more information regarding my "file", she told me I was wasting her time and asked me if I was going to pay it or not. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. I called back and got David, supposedly a supervisor, who was also EXTREMELY rude with me. I live in Florida, if anyone knows who I can contact regarding this company, please let me know.
