I got a call from this number but the person wouldn't speak to my machine. The CID said "Out of Area". A reverse trace was blocked for a name and address but I came up with 3 general locations ( Saddleback Valley, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo ) in California and 2 Service Providers ( Teleport Communications Group and Level 3 Communications LLC-CA ). Basically this is just a description of a scammers mode of operation. This is a scammer phishing for money or personal information using a voip system or spoofing. Block this number and report it.
