Very threatening phone calls from "Kevin Brown" who has an extremely thick MidEast accent. False information about the IRS, but threatened legal action and jail time. My husband (an attorney) called back and "Kevin" hung up once. Second and third time would not answer at all.

WE KEEP GETTING A THREATENING PHONE CALL SAYING HE IS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS AND THAT WE SHOULD CALL HIM BACK IMMEDIATELY AND IF NOT HAVE OUR RETAINED LAWYER CALL HIM. IS THIS A SCAM? I WOULD ASSUME IF SOMEONE WAS COMING AFTER US WITH LEGAL MATTERS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED WITH PAPERS?
