I received a call from this # saying that charges are being brought against me for some payday loan and if I wanted to settle out of court. I have no idea what they're talking about and have never received anything in the mail in regards to this. If this were legit, I think I would have received some type of correspondence from a company or collection company saying I owe money.

Marc, i have received the same phone call. The guy calls about every 6 months for the past 18 months. He is very rude and very threatning. I have never received nothing in the mail regarding this matter. You might want to check your credit report. This is one of the ways identity theft starts. I am unable to get a address for this place. My Lawyer would like to send them something. The gentleman kind of freaked out when I called him. This must be some kind of scam. Please, if you find out ant other info on this could you post it and I will do the same.
i have these peoples address somewhat it is in anaheim california on western broadway they have called me twice each time six months apart like you. but they will never tell me what the street address is only the guys name is bob harris but i doubt that is true. also the name of their company is legal accounts association. i called the number back and pretended to be the police thats how i got this info hope it all helps
