Why do we have state legislators if they can't pass a simple law to make this harassment illegal?   Who is paying them to ignore our continued demands that they pass legislation to make this disgusting practice illegal?  Obviously, the telemarketing lobbyists.   We need better legislators.  Well, kids, it IS an election year!
