This is the third number that I have received on my cell phone where the area code and first three numbers are the same as my cell and yet they are not  known numbers to me and they never leave a message.  What kind of bothers me is no one else seems to be getting unnown calls from these number.  The numbers are 951-206-8208***** 951-206-9976*****951-206-(lost this #)  I must assume if they can't leave a message it can't be important.
