Caller ID reads as Riverside, CA. Called left no message. Blocked

951-224-2119 keeps calling asking for someone else but before i can tell them to stop calling, they quickly hangup while i'm still speaking and they continue to keep calling!  How can i block this number?

Leaves no message...numerous times a day.

got a call from this number today 1/20/15 left no message, when i called back i got a recording to leave your name etc, it was a standard message that's on cell phones.  i blocked them

Called, left no message. When I called back, sounded all jumbled. Strange.
