I picked up the phone in a quiet room and made no sound, just listened. I could hear the line engage with call-center room like noise in the background. I could hear the callers faint breathing but they said nothing either. After a moment of both of us wasting time, they hung up. Called the number back to waste more of their time but got a recording saying, "This is the marketing department". No other details from the recording.
Called on a Sunday at 11 AM. Telemarketing call center. States they are calling regarding the "green program." I hung up and blocked the number. So many telemarketers nowadays from the so-called "green program." Very annoying.
I don't get blocking spoofed numbers. Does nothing. These people just pick another number to hijack and unless your call blocking detects the underlying source/real, number of origin, submitting the displayed number to a blocked file is pointless.
