Looked up some similar old calls and found a bunch starting with 951-228-___:
9281 - HDSEA
9220 - DSEHA
9254 - HDES
9275 - SEDH
9287 - no ID
9284 - DHSE
There were probably others that I didn't catch. Several identified as "home energy solutions" when anything was actually said. Pattern is to use a number and name for a while and then shift to a new ID & #. Total of about 30 calls in past 2 or 3 years. I'd like to find them and let my dog leave a gift on their door step...
