Got call didn't get chance to pick up they never left any message

I got this call around 9 am today morning.  it rang once and hung up immediately.

Called back from an office phone.  It's a rebate scam

Saw this number on my display today. Didn't leave a message.

HE called my mom twice in the car and she dident answer  then called my phone 1min later thinking it was probably my sister i answered it and a man asked for me and i asked "who is this" they did not respond and hung up through a home or office phone the call was from ElSINOR CALIFORNIA
