Called the police..they disguised themselves as UPS

This number called me stated i have a package at Ups. I checked the ups hours it didnt match so i didnt go. Why would that happen?

I had 2 voicemails from this number stating they were UPS but the calls were for my cousin, and him and I don't use the same last name. It's a female and she sounds annoying!
