call from company called Smart Home Solar no doubt with a spoofed number. I thought it might be my gardener, so I picked up. Guy named Johnny with a heavy Indian accent starts a spiel about saving me hundreds of dollars providing me with information about solar energy. because I knew it was a sales call, and also because all the background noise was really annoying, I told him, "I'm not interested." his tone of voice changed right away, more aggressive, and he asked me what I wasn't interested in, that he wasn't selling anything, only sending information. I told him I wasn't interested in receiving information either and then he says, "are you interested in seeing my d**k?" I was so shocked! I said, "excuse me?" so he proceeded to talk and the first word out of his mouth was another obscenity, so I hung up." immediately after another local call came in, this time (951) 243-3956, and because we are having work done on our house and are expecting a call from the someone, I answered again. this time a guy, same Indian accent, said his name was George Balal (sp) and he was Senior Supervisor for the call center and he wanted to apologize, I asked him the name of the company (Smart Home Solar) even spelled the name for me. I asked where they were based out of and he said Los Angeles. I proceeded to tell him that what happened in the previous call was unacceptable, and he said Johnny had been fired. I asked him for more information and told him I planned to file a complaint, and he said he understood, which is why he "put my number in my a*****e because you are a c**t." I hung up immediately but was afraid they would call back. there is no such company in Los Angeles and I feel helpless to know there is no where to report these vulgar people.
